FeelTrack Now Connects with Oura Ring
We’re excited to announce that FeelTrack now integrates with Oura Ring — one of the most popular wearables for tracking sleep, recovery, and daily readiness.
Why Oura + FeelTrack?
Your mood doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Sleep quality, physical activity, stress levels, and recovery all play a role in how you feel each day. Until now, that data lived in separate apps. With the Oura integration, FeelTrack brings it all together.
What Data Syncs?
When you connect your Oura Ring, FeelTrack automatically imports:
- Sleep — Duration, sleep stages, efficiency, latency, and sleep scores
- Activity — Steps, calories burned, and active minutes
- Readiness & Recovery — Oura’s readiness score, HRV, resting heart rate, and body temperature
- Stress — Daily stress levels and recovery metrics
- SpO2 — Blood oxygen saturation
- Workouts — Exercise sessions logged by your ring
How It Works
- Go to Settings > Integrations in your FeelTrack dashboard
- Click Connect next to Oura
- Authorize FeelTrack to access your Oura data
- That’s it — your last 7 days sync immediately, and new data syncs daily
What You’ll Discover
With Oura data flowing into FeelTrack, our AI insights engine can now reveal patterns like:
- How your sleep score correlates with next-day mood
- Whether high readiness scores predict better emotional wellbeing
- How recovery trends relate to your stress and anxiety patterns
- The impact of workout intensity on your mood the following day
These correlations appear automatically in your Health Dataroom and in your daily AI insights.
Privacy First
Your Oura data is encrypted at rest and in transit. FeelTrack only accesses the data categories you authorize, and you can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page. We never share your health data with third parties.
Get Started
If you already have an Oura Ring, head to Settings > Integrations to connect it now. The integration works with all Oura Ring generations (Gen 2, Gen 3, and Gen 4).
This is our second wearable integration following Fitbit, with more providers coming soon based on your votes. Visit the Integrations page to vote for the devices you’d like to see next.
